Do you require a deposit?
Yes — we require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to your event. Full payment terms are outlined in your contract.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks in advance for coordination and styling, and 3–6 months for full planning packages. For large-scale events and galas, 6–12 months is ideal. That said, we do accommodate shorter timelines where possible — get in touch and we'll let you know our availability.
What's included in the discovery call?
Our free 30-minute discovery call is a no-obligation conversation where we learn about your vision, discuss your brief and recommend which service is right for you. You'll receive a bespoke proposal within 5 working days.
Can you work within my budget?
We work with a range of budgets and will always be transparent with you about what is realistic. Our job is to get the most value from your budget — not to inflate it. We'll tell you honestly what we can deliver at your price point.
Do you work with specific vendors only?
We have a trusted network of vetted suppliers we love working with, but we're also happy to work with vendors you've already chosen. Our priority is always the best outcome for your event.
